Whether it is spearheading and executing a global strategic alliance, leading teams through mergers and acquisitions, or bringing new products to market, Ann has experience leading and supporting individuals and teams to unparalleled results.

Through years of experience as a senior executive Ann successfully moderated the challenges and embraced the opportunities of leadership. Her passion today is as a Coach, Mentor, Coaching Supervisor and Facilitator, supporting leaders and teams as they navigate the complex professional role of balancing relationships and business results.

Ann’s expertise is in communications, global collaboration, and performance success. Her unique qualifications in Emotional Intelligence and Appreciative Inquiry result in a solid and positive approach to leadership, organizational change management and strategic innovation and alignment. 

Over the course of her 25 years in leadership along with 15 years in Executive Coaching, Ann has worked, collaborated, and coached with individuals in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, financial consulting, technology, legal services, and non-profits. 

Holding both a Master of Science in Organization Development and Change and a Master of Science in Training and Development with a concentration in Client-Centered Consulting, Ann is an expert Coach and Consultant in growing Emotional Intelligence, leading teams, navigating complexity, traversing personal and professional transitions, and strengthening executive level confidence and leadership.

Previous roles have included Vice President of Strategic Business Units, Sales Executive, National Accounts and Sales Development Manager, Product Manager, New Products Development Manager, and Territory Manager.

Ann is President and Founder of InTrek, Coaching & Consulting and serves as an external mentor coach for the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Ann is on the Executive Board of the Diabetes Training Camp Foundation and a volunteer with the South Haven Community Garden. She resides in Southwest Michigan and during her free time loves cycling and spending time on the coast with her family.
