  • Strategic Planning Through the Lens of Appreciative Inquiry

    The strategic planning process provides a method of creating a compelling vision for a preferred future. From that vision comes goals, objectives and strategic initiatives that lead to the realization of the desired future state. Utilizing the lens of Appreciative Inquiry blended with design thinking, Ann leads teams and departments through an iterative process that delivers an actionable plan.

    Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a collaborative, strengths-based approach to change in organizations and other human systems. AI is a way to engage groups of people in self-determined change. It focuses on what’s working — rather than what’s not working — and helps clients co-design their future and implement positive change initiatives.

    AI teaches leaders to search for the best in their people, their organizations, and the world around them. It involves systematic discovery of what gives “life” to a person or organization when it is most alive and most effective and leverages that discovery to generate exceptional success.

    Workshops are customized to the needs of the organization, team or department and can be ½ day up to 2-day formats.

  • Emotional Intelligence: A Pathway to Leadership Success

    Emotionally Intelligent leadership — also called Resonant Leadership — is an idea coined by Daniel Goleman, Richard Boyatzis and Annie McKee, respected thought leaders in the field of Positive Psychology.

    This interactive workshop introduces participants to the concepts of emotional intelligence (EQ), the business case for developing EQ, provides an opportunity to assess one’s personal EQ strengths and identify a development focus. In addition, the workshop explores gap analysis of related emotional intelligence competencies and introduces concepts of EQ skill building.

    The workshop can be customized for teams based on the EQ skills most highly needed in specific roles.

    The workshop is designed in ½ day or full day programming.

  • AGILE CHANGE MANAGEMENT

    Based on the volatility of business today and the need to pivot, restructure, and reinvent at a faster pace, Ann creates customized workshops to address clients’ specific needs for change.

    It is imperative that we embrace change and learn to make it work to our advantage. Workshops address critical factors that impact change: vision, mindset, communication channels, and the power of resistance.

    Ann designs each workshop to ensure all work is valuable for individuals, intact work teams, and for teams made up of individuals who gather from different departments within an organization.

    The content is suitable for all levels within a company (front line staff, managers, mid- and top-level executives) and ideal for multi-day sales conferences or annual meetings.
